Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and stylish as the clothes themselves.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the included packing slip is placed inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
